Terms of Sale and Website Use

By ordering from SUBZERO or using this website, you agree to these terms. Prices are listed in Omani Rial (OMR) unless stated otherwise.

Orders

Orders placed via WhatsApp, email, or the contact form are offers to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance, stock, delivery area, and payment method.

Pricing and payment

Promotional prices may change without notice until an order is confirmed. In Oman you can pay by Thawani card or cash on delivery. GCC orders are card-only and include shipping shown at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are indicative. Risk passes to you on delivery to the agreed address unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Returns and warranty

Returns follow our Shipping and Returns policy. Warranty cover is described on the Warranty page and applies to manufacturing defects under normal use.

Health notice

Cold exposure is not suitable for everyone. Consult a physician if you have cardiovascular conditions, are pregnant, or have other medical concerns. Use the product responsibly and never plunge alone in unsafe conditions.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Oman law, SUBZERO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
