Every SUBZERO Pro Line purchase includes a two-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What is covered
- Seam, valve, and insulation failures caused by manufacturing defects
- Cover zipper / thermal liner defects under normal use
- Pump faults present at delivery or from manufacturing defect
What is not covered
- Cuts, punctures, misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear, fading, or damage from harsh chemicals
- Commercial rental abuse beyond intended personal / athletic use
